What is your expertise in concept design and menu development?
We have experience developing full concepts and have been involved in many start up companies. That has given us invaluable experience developing new products, menu engineering and costing items.
We also have experience with menu design and layout as well as menu board design and layout. We can produce professionally designed menu's in house. What is the cost of an initial consultation?
Our initial consultation is done by telephone and that allows both you and Complete Restaurant Solutions to decide if our services are appropriate for your needs. That first consultation is absolutely FREE!
How do you compare to the competition and what sets you apart?
That is a great question. If you search for restaurant / food consultants on the web, you will find quite a few. Most of these individuals have experience limited to one or two companies or particular paradigms in food. For instance, many of the consultants have only fine dining or full service experience and many are experienced chefs. Describe the way you work with clients?
We work with clients in many ways but it all begins with a FREE initial consultation where both you and Complete Reataurant Solutions decides if our services are right to meet your needs.
We work several ways:
BY THE HOUR-Our hourly rates are the lowest of any consulting company you will find. Hourly consulting works best for those clients who have varied smaller projects to accomplish and want to call upon us when they are in need.
BY THE PROJECT-By the project pricing is a way to lock in a firm price on a project from the beginning. Like a contractor building your home, overruns of time are never charged to you, the client. We guarantee a firm price up front and can promise you that we will meet or beat any other consultants price on ANY project should we decide to take it on.
RETAINER-Complete Restaurant Solutions can be retained by any client. One price and up to 50 hours of support weekly; a company gets more than their money's worth by retaining us. We are 'on call' for your needs and at the ready to solve any issues that may arise offering results and solutions.
BASE RETAINER PLUS-The base retainer program allows a client to retain us for a very small cost and we remain on call allowing a specified number of hours work for that base price. Then for every additional hour of work performed, we charge the Base Retained client 70% of our current By The Hour rate. No limits on time spent after the base and our usual full service satisfaction.
CREATIVE SERVICES (On Site)-Creative services such as photography of your food, etc. are subject to hourly rates not always consistent with our standard hourly rate. Like our other "on site" services, creative service rates do not include the per diem expenses of the consultant and those will be charged to the client seperately.

Because we take on a large number of varied clients, we waste no time in giving you an end product that is timely, appropriate and immediately executionable. Do you offer any introductory specials or competitive incentives?
Yes, we will meet or beat any consultants job bid if we choose to accept the contract of agreement with a client.
You provide us with a written bid from another consultant, outlining the scope of work and price and if we decide it is a project that we would like to participate in, we will meet or beat the price of our competitor.
For the rest of 2009, we are offering 10% off on all operations manuals and training programs. Addtionally, we have a flat $750 initial consultation where we spend up to two days meeting with you, discussing and analyzing your business.
After the first project, we offer 10% off of your next project.
Client Referral-We are also offering 20% off any service if you refer us to a client who utilizes our services. For instance, you refer us to someone else for an initial on site consultation, your next service from Complete Restaurant Solutions is 20% off.
